Book Direct with Real Mountain Hosts. Keep 92%–94% in the Village.
Foreign booking portals take 12%–14% of every stay out of the Izera & Jizera Mountains. Izera Stay connects guests directly with verified local guesthouses (0 PLN entry, 8% fair-share fee dropping to 6% when bundled with a neighbour’s local activity) — while syncing seamlessly alongside Booking.com and Airbnb so there are never double-bookings.

85%–90% of Your Bookings Still Come from Booking.com & You Have No Channel Manager? Here Is How It Works:
Most family guesthouses and cottages in the Izera & Jizera Mountains do NOT use aggregators like Beds24—they just use the Booking.com Pulse app on their phone and a paper notebook. We designed IJBooking specifically for this reality so you never get a double-booking while gradually shifting stays from 90% Booking.com toward Direct.
1. Built-In Booking.com Calendar Link (No Aggregator)
Every standard Booking.com and Airbnb account has a free built-in "Sync Calendars (.ics)" link inside the extranet. Our local partner sets this up for you in 3 minutes: when a room sells on Booking.com, it blocks on IzeraJizera automatically.
2. 1-Tap SMS / WhatsApp Approval on Your Phone
Take phone bookings in a paper notebook? When a guest books on IzeraJizera, we hold the deposit and send an instant WhatsApp/SMS to your phone: tap [✅ CONFIRM] to accept (and our calendar link closes Booking.com automatically).
3. Free Mobile Reception Calendar (0 PLN)
Instead of paying for Beds24, every host gets our clean IJBooking mobile calendar for 0 PLN. Block a phone booking with one tap on your smartphone and it pushes straight out to Booking.com and Airbnb.
